TO QUALIFY FOR SPECTRUM INTERNET ASSIST, A MEMBER OF THE HOUSEHOLD MUST BE A RECIPIENT OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS

  • The National School Lunch Program (NSLP); free or reduced cost lunch

  • The Community Eligibility Program (CEP) of the NSLP

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) ( ≥ age 65 only)

Programs that do not qualify for Spectrum Internet Assist: Social Security Disability (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and Social Security Retirement and Survivor Benefits are different from Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and do NOT meet eligibility requirements.

If none of the above speeds are technically available at your address, unfortunately you won't be able to participate in the Access program from AT&T at this time.

TO QUALIFY FOR ACCESS FROM AT&T, A HOUSEHOLD MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and 

  • With an address in AT&T's service area area, and

  • Not have an outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.
