Dear Mercedes Families,
The Administration was alerted at approximately 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 that a Mercedes Independent School District school bus was involved in an accident at the corner of Tenth Street and FM 491.
The Mercedes ISD Safe Schools Department and EMS responded quickly. There were 10 students onboard and EMS assessed and cleared all students.
