MERCEDES, Texas – Mercedes ISD is proud to announce that the application window for the 2025 Superintendent’s Scholarship is now open to graduating seniors from Mercedes High School, Mercedes Early College Academy, and Mercedes Academic Academy.
This scholarship opportunity is designed to support students as they take their next steps into higher education. Scholarships are available for students planning to attend either a two-year community college or a four-year university. More than 15 students will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship award.
Completed applications must be submitted online via Google Form no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025. Late or emailed applications will not be accepted.
Recipients will be selected by the Scholarship Core Committee and notified by Friday, May 23, 2025. Awardees will also receive a formal letter detailing the required follow-up documentation.
